We offer a 14 days return policy. If you would like to return an article, please follow the steps on the Pre-Loved returns portal. You will receive a return label. Pack the items for return in our shipping packaging.

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your purchase amount minus the return shipping costs via the same payment method that you used for the initial order. The refund will happen within 14 days.
