Extended Christmas Returns

We have extended our Christmas return period. For purchases made between 17th November and 21st December 2025 items can now be returned up until 31st January 2026.

We believe a purchase is only successful when you are fully satisfied! That’s why, at 10DAYS, you may always return your purchase within 30 days. 

The return costs must be covered by the customer. We offer the option to purchase a return label with tracking at a reduced price via our returns portal.
