We believe a purchase is only successful when you are fully satisfied! That’s why, at 10DAYS, you may always return your purchase within 30 days. The return costs must be covered by the customer. We offer the option to purchase a return label with tr

Do I need to pay return costs?

Return costs are not covered by 10DAYS. However, when registering your return in our returns portal, you will be able to purchase your return label for a good rate. Please find the prices below (status August 2025):

How do I return an item?

Register your return within 30 days of receipt via our returns portal. To log into the returns portal, please use your email address and the order number mentioned in your confirmation email. Select the items you want to return and choose the desired

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as our warehouse has received your return, you will get the return payment or an adjusted Klarna invoice. The refund will happen within 14 days.

Can I exchange my item?

An automatic exchange is currently not possible. Therefore, we would like to ask you to return the wrong size, and place a new order for the desired size. The return costs are at your own expense in this case.

I received a damaged or incorrect item

Please contact our customer service and send a picture of the damage along. In cases of damaged or incorrect items we will of course provide a free return label.

Can I combine more orders in one return?

Yes! When registering your return in our returns portal, you will be able to select items from different orders which are still within the 30 days returns window. Select all items you wish to return and proceed through the process. Have you already c

Only sealed perfumes are eligible for return. Opened packages will be not refunded.

I have returned something but have not yet received my refund.

Once our warehouse has received your return, you will receive a refund or an adjusted Klarna invoice within 14 working days. Haven't received your refund after 14 days? Please contact our customer service.
